Cozy in Buffalo Check

I've shared my love of buffalo check before, and here it is again. This classic red and black buffalo check cape scarf is the coziest thing in my wardrobe this winter and I appreciate that it has arm holes—such a functional addition to the world of blanket scarves! Plus, it's been the perfect layer with the mild winter we're having.

I paired the scarf with both gray and black so that it wasn't too harsh of a red and black contrast and I love how it turned out. This particular gray dress has become my go to look for both work and weekend. Turtlenecks are a staple for me throughout fall and winter, and when you combine a turtleneck with a dress, I'm in heaven. Somehow this piece of clothing which can get a bad wrap for being too conservative or dowdy is completely curve hugging and figure flattering.
